Tammy Telymonde
Principal/President
Mark began his career in financial services as a stockbroker before founding Bulls and Bears Trading Company, a trading and consulting firm. He graduated with High Honors in Economics from Rutgers University and later earned his MBA from Purdue University. Mark then moved into corporate finance, holding various executive positions both in the U.S. and internationally in Singapore, Australia, Korea, and Brazil, working for companies like Air Products and Chemicals, Armstrong World Industries, and the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC). In March 2020, he joined NY Life as an Agent, achieving Executive Council within his first three months and President’s Council in his first full year, along with making MDRT for both years. In February 2022, he became part of the NY Life management team, promoted to Associate Partner and then to Partner in August 2022. After a successful tenure at NY Life, Mark decided to establish True Prosperity Financial Group with his wife Tammy to offer his clients a wider range of solutions from multiple carriers and strategic partners.
Mark is veteran of the US Navy and he and Tammy have two sons, Jared and Tristan. Jared is married to his wife Nyeja and is in the US Marine Corps and Tristan is in High School. Mark and his family live in Monmouth county New Jersey with their dog Cassidy. When not helping families and businesses with their financial needs he enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with friends and loved ones.
Tammy started her career in the childcare sector, eventually rising to the position of Director at both privately owned and corporate facilities, including Children of America. This role allowed her to provide parents with peace of mind, knowing their children were in excellent hands. As one of nine siblings, Tammy has always had a strong desire to help others. She thoroughly enjoyed the hiring process, bringing on like-minded individuals to care for children daily. After nearly 30 years in childcare, the pandemic prompted her to explore her passion further by joining her husband in the finance industry. In 2021, Tammy became an Agent with NY Life and quickly reached Executive Council. Her dedication to helping people has facilitated a smooth transition, enabling her to utilize her skills to assist families in achieving their financial goals while protecting what matters most to them: family.
